I was recently invited by Bela Maitrya, a coach and host of the podcast Basic Baatein, for a conversation and I’m glad I said yes.
We talked about my journey from corporate life to coaching, the ongoing process of self-discovery, the role spirituality plays in how I show up, and what it means for women to make space for themselves while holding so many roles at once.
